The downtown was doing well on a very COLD Friday night. The skating rink was hopping and everybody was having a good time. It was too cold for me to even consider it but perhaps later this weekend. I’m not a good skater, so we’ll just have to see.

The annual fundraiser for the local animal shelter is this weekend. Santa Claws – but Hale wasn’t having any part of any Santa Claus. She would barely pose with Karen.

At a fundraiser for a friend’s medical bills. The cost of medical care is amazing in this country. We know. But, we also appreciate the better living through chemistry of pharmacology.

December 1 is Worlds AIDS Awareness Day. We had a full slate of activities on campus including brick painting. Remembering Mark, Ron and Francis. Supporting all the PWAs I still know and care about.
