Okay…I’m letting everybody know that I am in training (well, have been a little while) for my first ever 5K!! It is in two weeks so wish me luck. I went for 3 miles today so if the race is on a treadmill in an air conditioned gym, I’m good! My goal is to not stop to walk for the first 15 minutes. After that, all bets are off. Since it is an Oktoberfest race…I know there is beer at the end. Motivation!
